Our Appointment Policies are
meant to allow for more efficient scheduling of your services, while ensuring you are taken cae of in a timely and professional
manner. We thank you for your consideration. |

Cancellations and No-Shows |
|
In consideration
of others we ask that 24-hour notice be given for cancellation. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hour notice may result
in a charge of 50% of the service. "No-Shows" are charged the full price of the scheduled service. First-time services which
are one or more hours in duration and any packages require a credit card to hold a reservation. |

Late Arrivals |
|
In order
to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we must shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment. The
normal fee for the treatment will remain the same. |

Children |
|
We offer
you a relaxing, soothing and stress-free environment. We ask that you refrain from bringing children into the salon unless
they are receiving services. |

Gift Cards |
|
ABOUT SKIN
GIFT CARDS make ideal gifts. Gift cards are available in any dollar amount or for any service. Gift cards can always be used
for any service or product. Gift cards never expire, and must be presented at the time of the service. |

Product Returns |
|
All product
must be returned within 30 days, accompanied by the receipt. |

Credit Cards and Checks |
|
We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and ATM cards. Returned checks will require a $10.00 service charge. |
